Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, add-ons, and promotional purchases made through the MelonsBot platform operated by MelonTechs ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or purchasing any service on MelonsBot, you agree to this policy.
1. Free trial
MelonsBot offers a 7-day free trial with no card required, extendable by a further 7 days on request. The purpose of this period is to let you fully evaluate the service before any payment. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
2. Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle according to the plan you selected. Before each renewal, we send you an advance renewal notice so you can continue or cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops all future renewals and charges. Cancellation does not mean a refund — it prevents future billing but does not, by itself, return any amount already charged. Refunds are governed solely by Section 3.
3. Refund eligibility — general rule
Because a free trial is provided before any payment, amounts charged are non-refundable as a general rule. As a single exception, a refund may be issued only when both of the following conditions are met together:
- (a) the refund is requested within 48 hours of the time of the charge; and
- (b) you have not used the purchased service during that period (see Section 4 for the definition of "use").
If either condition is not met, the amount becomes non-refundable. This rule applies to subscriptions, add-ons, and promotional purchases as set out below.
4. Definition of "use"
A purchase is considered "used" — and therefore non-refundable — as soon as any of the following occurs after the charge:
- Subscriptions: any account activity after renewal, including sending or receiving any message via the bot or WhatsApp, running any campaign, or logging in to the platform.
- Add-ons: any consumption of the specific add-on purchased, such as using any of the message, automation, or capacity allowance included in that add-on.
- Promotional purchases: any use of the feature, benefit, or service provided by the promotional offer.
Use is determined based on our system records, which are the authoritative reference in refund decisions.
5. Subscriptions
A subscription renewal charge is refundable only if you request it within 48 hours of the renewal and have not used the account in any way after that renewal, per Section 4. This covers the case where the renewal notice is missed and the account renews unintentionally. Outside this period, or if the account has been used, no refund is issued.
6. Add-ons
Add-on purchases are subject to the same rule: refundable only within 48 hours of purchase and provided no part of the purchased add-on has been used. Any consumption of the add-on makes it non-refundable.
7. Promotional purchases
Promotional purchases are refundable only within 48 hours and provided the promotional benefit has not been used at all. Once any part of the promotional offer has been used, it becomes non-refundable.
8. Billing errors and duplicate charges
The 48-hour and use conditions above do not apply to billing errors. Amounts charged twice, incorrect amounts, and amounts for which no service was provided are refunded in full upon verification, regardless of timing or use.
9. Currency and tax
All prices and amounts are in Saudi Riyals and exclusive of 15% Value Added Tax, which is added in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Refunds — where issued — are returned in Saudi Riyals to the original payment method.
10. How to request a refund
Refund requests are submitted through your account on the platform, stating your account email and the date of the charge. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method via the payment provider, typically within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time a purchase is completed applies to that purchase. Material changes are communicated through the platform.
